That's Dell from Classic Car Tours! He gave us the best tour of Victoria ever! Do not accept a tour from anybody but Dell--he is just that awesome! When he's not driving lucky people around Victoria and schooling them on what's what, he lives in a little fishing village. He was also in the Army back in the day, and will show you the amazing crooked finger he got while serving. He's also a heck of a fisherman--this guy has a freezer full of salmon! Plus, he dresses in black like Johnny Cash and is funny as all get out--we got to hear him crack wise during our drive.
If you want to know about the important stuff about Victoria, like how come there's bunnies in certain parks, where to go get good food that's not overpriced, or the best place to stand for pictures you must ask Dell. Do not take one of those carriage rides with those poor overworked horses, or one of those LAME commercial tour buses--for way less you can have a 1954 convertible and DELL!
